We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic CRM & Subscriptions Manager to join our team at NAYDAYA.
About our brand
NAYDAYA is a pioneering female skincare & wellness brand on a mission to arm women with the knowledge, products and community they need to thrive at every stage of womanhood.

Fiona Toomey founded NAYDAYA after experiencing childbirth and the onset of menopause herself, and recognising first-hand the lack of natural products available to support her changing body. 👉The role
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, commercially-minded CRM & Subscriptions Manager to shape and execute our CRM strategy at NAYDAYA. You’ll be the voice of the customer inside the business, turning data and insight into intelligent lifecycle flows, high-performing email campaigns and a truly valuable subscription experience. You’ll need to be equally comfortable crafting the strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute it day-to-day, as we are a small, hands-on business.
This role is perfect for someone with a passion for women's wellness with a strong growth mindset and a natural sense of ownership, always looking for smarter ways to drive meaningful results.
🎯What you’ll do
• Lead and evolve the CRM strategy and channel roadmap to drive retention and growth
• Manage and optimise lifecycle communications across Email and SMS (Klaviyo, Yotpo,)
• Write engaging, on-brand copy for CRM and marketing email
• Lead and grow the subscription programme, driving acquisition, activation and retention to increase customer lifetime value.
• Develop and refine segmentation strategies that deliver personalised and high-performing communications.
• Own review and online reputation management, monitoring customer reviews, devising tactics to grow rating and quality reviews
• Build, test and optimise Klaviyo flows (welcome, post-purchase, win-back, replenishment etc.) based on insight and behaviour.
• Plan and execute marketing email campaigns aligned with brand and commercial priorities calendars.
• Be the voice of the customer — using data, feedback and behaviour to inform campaigns and improve the overall customer experience.
• Monitor and report on CRM and subscription performance (open rates, CTR, churn, retention, LTV) and translate insights into action.
• Collaborate closely with e-commerce, brand and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless end-to-end journeys.
• Stay on top of CRM and retention best practices and tools, continuously bringing new ideas, tests and innovation to the table.
✅ What we’re looking for
• 3-5 years minimum experience within a DTC brand
• Strong experience managing Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, segmentation, reporting)
• Hands-on experience with subscription platforms – we use Recharge but any other platforms you have experience with are also good.
• Proven track record of growing and optimising subscription programs
• Solid understanding of CRM strategy, customer retention, and LTV growth
• Must have experience working in beauty, health or wellness
• Analytical ability, can build business cases and perform sense check on numbers, create performance reports, analyse data and communicate insights
• Excellent organisational and project management skills
• Proactive communication style and the ability to operate independently in a fast paced environment
• A data-driven mindset – you’re comfortable pulling reports and drawing insights
• Creative and commercially minded – you know how to make a channel convert
• Ability to collaborate across departments and work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
👥The team
• You’ll report directly to our Head of Ecommerce, who is responsible for the D2C side of our business.
• You’ll be part of the marketing team and work closely with the Creative specialist and Brand & Content team. Creative will support design as needed.
• Our team is growing quickly; it’s a really exciting time at NAYDAYA and we have ambitious plans. This role will provide a great chance to progress quickly.

• This is a full-time position
• Salary £40-50k depending on experience
• Hybrid working - our office is based near Liverpool Street, London. 2-3 days per week and flexible working options available.
• You’ll need to be based in the UK and have the right to work in the UK. We cannot sponsor for this role.
