CRO Digital Experience Lead
Hybrid - 3 days per week in Theale, Berkshire
Full-time, Permanent
We're looking for a passionate and data-driven CRO Digital Experience Lead to join a high-performing digital team and own the conversion optimisation strategy across multiple well-known consumer brands.
The opportunity
In this newly created role, you'll be the driving force behind improving website and app performance, removing friction points, and enhancing the overall customer journey. You'll work closely with UX/UI, SEO, and analytics specialists to identify opportunities, test solutions, and deliver measurable results.
What you'll do
• Own and evolve the CRO strategy for multiple eCommerce websites and mobile apps
• Use tools such as Fullstory, Hotjar, or similar to analyse customer behaviour and identify optimisation opportunities
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure a seamless, user-friendly experience
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritise and implement conversion improvements
• Manage the balance between agency support and in-house capability, with a long-term goal of bringing more CRO in-house
• Monitor and report on the impact of optimisation initiatives to senior leadership
What we're looking for
• Minimum 2 years' experience in CRO, digital optimisation, or digital analytics
• Hands-on experience with session replay/behaviour analytics tools (Fullstory ideal, but not essential)
• Strong understanding of A/B testing, multivariate testing, and experimentation
• Ability to dig into data to troubleshoot problems and uncover insights
• Experience in eCommerce, retail, or direct-to-consumer environments
• Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
