CRO & Digital Experience Lead
Leading E-commerce brand
Hybrid - 3 days in the office (Reading based)
Competitive salary + extensive benefits
Join a fast-growing, direct-to-consumer industry leader with a rich heritage and a fiercely loyal customer base. Theyβre on a mission to set new standards across the digital landscape and are looking to bring in a CRO & Digital Experience Lead who can make every interaction seamless, personal, and high-converting.
In this role, you will:
β’ Own the CRO strategy from insight to delivery, shaping how customers engage with their e-commerce platform.
β’ Spot friction points in the customer journey and transform them into smooth, intuitive experiences.
β’ Lead A/B and owning testing roadmap whilst having the ability to get testβs live
β’ Partner with trading, CRM, creative, and UX teams to align optimisation with big growth goals
β’ Oversee website enhancements and champion accessibility, performance, and usability.
β’ Manage budgets, agencies, and a CRO Executive, ensuring best-in-class delivery.
Youβll bring:
β’ Proven experience in CRO, UX optimisation and e-commerce performance improvement.
β’ Experience within the D2C space is preferred but not
β’ An analytical mindset whilst putting yourself in the customers shoes
β’ Proficiency with analytics and testing tools - Fullstory would be super beneficial!
β’ The ability to inspire teams and influence stakeholders at every level.
