Customer Care and Marketing Apprentice
We’re looking for a digitally confident and customer-focused apprentice to support our growing e-commerce operations in our Notting Hill studio. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, while also learning how to support product uploads, digital content creation, and email marketing for a contemporary luxury fashion brand.
This is a hands-on apprenticeship ideal for someone passionate about fashion and eager to grow their skills in digital tools, content, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver professional and timely customer service via email and Zendesk.
• Liaise with our warehouse to resolve delivery or fulfilment issues.
• Support product uploads and new collection launches on Shopify.
• Assist with Klaviyo emails and flows, including campaign setup and segmentation.
• Create and update digital content using Canva, Photoshop, or InDesign.
• Maintain product accuracy on the website (copy, imagery, availability).
• Contribute to customer insights and experience improvements.
• Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to improve efficiency and content.
About You
• A strong interest in e-commerce, customer service, and digital marketing.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools is a plus.
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable learning new systems and tools.
• Passionate about luxury fashion and the customer journey.
