Role description
Lifecycle Marketing Manager
Weβre looking for a data-driven, creative marketer to own and optimize email, SMS, and e-commerce growth initiatives across digital channels. This role will focus on building engaging lifecycle campaigns, improving onsite conversion, and driving customer loyalty. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of retention marketing, CRO, and social commerce innovation.

β’ Reports directly to the Chief Growth Officer.
β’ Works closely with marketing, creative, CX, and paid media teams.
Responsibilities
Email & SMS Campaigns
β’ Own end-to-end strategy, execution, and reporting for Klaviyo email/SMS programs.
β’ Develop and optimize automated flows (welcome, replenishment, win-back, cross-sell, loyalty, LTV-driving).
β’ Continuously A/B test subject lines, creatives, CTAs, and send times to increase engagement and conversions.
β’ Monitor deliverability, engagement rates, CTR, and unsubscribes to maintain a healthy database.
β’ Collaborate with copy/creative teams to ensure bilingual (EN/ES) messaging aligns with brand voice and compliance.
β’ Manage a large, growing database (600K+) with a strong focus on improving open and conversion rates.
E-Commerce Merchandising
β’ Lead site promotions, bundles, PDPs, and merchandising calendars across Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop.
β’ Optimize product pages (titles, descriptions, cross-sells) and execute clearance/free gift mechanics.
β’ Collaborate with influencers/brand ambassadors to drive awareness and conversions.
β’ Use cohesive merchandising strategies to increase AOV and repeat purchases.
On-Site Optimization
β’ Oversee CRO initiatives: banners, landing pages, pop-ups, checkout flows.
β’ Enhance site navigation, search, and mobile-first UX.
β’ Partner with dev/UX teams to improve site speed and usability.
β’ Own testing strategies to identify funnel gaps and increase conversions.
Growth & Collaboration
β’ Align lifecycle + e-commerce with brand campaigns and product launches.
β’ Own reporting on CAC payback, repeat purchase, and email/SMS revenue share.
β’ Partner with CX leadership to extract insights from customer data and improve loyalty initiatives.
β’ Support social commerce initiatives (e.g., TikTok Live, influencer-driven traffic).
β’ Contribute to rebranding, new product launches, and other cross-functional projects.
β’ Take a proactive role in campaign planning (3β6 months ahead) to ensure consistency and reduce reactive marketing.
Job Requirements
β’ Bachelorβs degree required; MBA preferred.
β’ 8+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 5 in lifecycle/email/SMS management.
β’ Experience in CPG, health, beauty, or supplements is highly preferred.
β’ Strong knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, Amazon, TikTok ecosystem, and CRO best practices.
β’ Demonstrated success in managing large-scale CRM databases.
β’ Bilingual Spanish/English REQUIRED.
β’ Strong analytical skills with proven ability to drive measurable results.
β’ Experience working cross-functionally in small, fast-paced teams.
