CRM Associate (Temporary – Until December 2025) London, United Kingdom Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days from home) Up to £39,000 per year (£18.75 per hour) 40 hours per week (9-6) The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for a CRM Associate to join a luxury retail brand on a temporary contract until the end of December 2025. This is a fantastic role for someone with CRM or digital marketing experience who wants to make an impact in a fast-paced, creative environment. The Role As CRM Associate, you will: • Create engaging, innovative content across CRM channels to drive traffic and customer engagement. • Take ownership of day-to-day CRM campaigns, from briefing through to activation. • Build and segment audiences using ESP platforms, ensuring campaigns reach the right people at the right time. • Collaborate with internal teams (e-commerce, marketing, visual merchandising) and external agencies to deliver best-in-class campaigns. • Monitor and analyse performance, using insights to support data-driven decisions and continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For • 1–2 years’ experience in CRM or digital marketing (experience in fashion or luxury retail is a plus). • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. • A creative, analytical, and collaborative mindset. • Confidence working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders. • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
