Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Customer Service & Administrative Associate to join our team in Northbrook, IL. Key Responsibilities
Order Management:
• Process and manage wholesale orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Create and track purchase orders for raw materials and packaging.
Logistics Coordination:
• Coordinate shipping schedules and work with logistics partners to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Monitor order status, resolve delays, and communicate updates to customers and internal teams.
Customer Service:
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Provide product, order, and shipping information while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Administrative Support:
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of orders and vendor communications.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other materials as needed.
E-Commerce Support (Preferred):
• Assist with managing Shopify store operations, including order entry, product listings, and customer inquiries.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
· Prior experience in customer service, logistics, or administrative support is helpful but not required.
