Role description
Weβre working with a market leading global eCommerce platform that powers some of the worldβs most iconic brands. This fast growing SaaS company is scaling rapidly and is now looking for strategic, enterprise, and mid market Customer Success Managers to join their team in London (3 days in the office per week).
What you'll be doing:
β’ Own the success of clients, acting as a trusted advisor
β’ Drive client strategy, retention and expansion
β’ Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and tech teams
β’ Work with senior stakeholders at globally recognised brands
What theyβre looking for:
β’ Experience in eCommerce is essential - whether in Customer Success, Account Management or eCommerce management / consultancy
β’ Confidence managing a range of clients (ideally within SaaS or eCommerce tech)
β’ A strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen
β’ Excellent communication and relationship building skills
