Role description
Must Haves:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in data science, mathematics, computer science, or related field.
β’ 5 years of experience as a data analyst.
β’ Strong experience pulling and manipulating data in SQL.
β’ Experience pulling and analyzing data from Salesforce.
β’ Proficiency with Tableau and Power BI for reporting.
Plusses:
β’ Experience with scripting tools such as Python or R.

β’ Medtech or Consumer Goods industry experience.
Day to Day:
In this role, you'll be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from CRM, email marketing, and e-commerce platforms to uncover trends and identify growth opportunities. You'll develop and manage customer segmentation strategies, including control and test groups for campaign experimentation. You'll define and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor product performance, customer engagement, and campaign success. Collaboration is keyβyouβll work closely with product managers, marketing, and engineering teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights. You'll also design and analyze A/B tests to evaluate new features and marketing strategies, ensure data quality and governance across platforms, and clearly document and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role is on a contract for the duration of the year.
Compensation:
$40/hr to $47/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
