We are seeking a Data Integrity Analyst with a focus in taxonomy and product data management to join our Digital Merchandise team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, consistent, and well-structured product information across all digital channels. The analyst will manage product data at the brand, product, and SKU levels, supporting daily operations, weekly reporting, and taxonomy integrity to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Accurately enter and maintain data at the brand, product, and SKU levels within digital merchandising systems.
• Audit product taxonomy and categorization to ensure alignment with merchandising standards and digital navigation.
• Manage and prioritize daily data integrity queues, resolving open tasks and supporting merchandising deadlines.
• Prepare weekly task summaries to track completed work, open issues, and data quality improvements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, support product setup, and contribute to taxonomy projects.
• Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and process efficiencies within data management.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Merchandising, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience: 1-3 years in data integrity, taxonomy, digital merchandising, or eCommerce operations.
• Skills:
