Qualifications:
β’ Proven experience in program management of data engineering and data analytics projects, preferably in the e-commerce/retail sector.
β’ Recent project/program implementation experience in Data Engineering or Analytics is mandatory (at least 1-2 years)
β’ Proficiency in SQL, Python, Glue, Airflow, Fivetran, RedShift, dbt, Tableau, and ThoughtSpot is a plus
β’ Strong leadership and team-building skills.
β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
β’ Project management certification (PMP, Agile, or similar) is a plus.
β’ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
β’ Familiarity with Cloud Big Data Solutions (EMR, AWS Redshift, Kinesis, AWS Data Streams, Big Query) Familiarity with Apache Suite for Big Data Architecture (Spark, Akka, Cassandra, Kafka) and DBT based Data Modeling/Transformation.
