Role description
We are working with a client (GM) who is looking for an ADS (Accessories Digital Solution) Account Supervisor. This is a 12 month contract with an opportunity for extension/conversion to full time. This role is fully onsite in Warren, MI. This role is only available to work on W2. As an ADS (Accessories Digital Solution) Account Supervisor, you will work closely with our GM's participating automotive dealers, as well as their distribution network of ADl's (Accessory Distributor & Installer). You will be the primary contact for these parties on our ADS program. Top 3 Must-Haves β€’ Strong communication skills (written & oral) β€’ Automotive/dealership experience or account management background β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to guide users remotely Preferred Qualifications β€’ Clear, effective written and oral communication skills β€’ Ability to crisply frame issues and make sound recommendations β€’ Comfortable guiding users remotely without in-person interaction β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) β€’ Prior dealership and automotive experience β€’ CRM or account management background β€’ Experience with WebEx and remote desktop tools β€’ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Responsibilities β€’ Serve as liaison between Dealers, ADIs, and the GM ADS team β€’ Perform program enrollments with GM dealers β€’ Provide support for dealers and ADIs on the ADS platform and program β€’ Lead training initiatives across the dealer and ADI network β€’ Act as SME on the ADS program and platform β€’ Assist in resolving dealer B2B and B2C order issues β€’ Monitor and improve dealer and ADI order fulfillment metrics related to eCommerce orders β€’ Support GM field teams with program education and awareness
