Reporting to the E-commerce Manager, this role ensures product availability, minimises stockouts, and optimises inventory levels to drive sustainable growth in online sales. The successful candidate will bring solid experience in demand planning and supply chain, with the ability to translate sales trends, promotional calendars, and market insights into actionable forecasts. This is a key role interfacing across merchandising, logistics, and marketing to ensure alignment between product availability and commercial priorities. Responsibilities β€’ Develop and maintain demand forecasts for e-commerce channels across Europe, incorporating market trends, seasonality, and promotional impacts β€’ Lead inventory planning to maintain optimal stock levels, balancing availability and working capital efficiency β€’ Analyse sales performance and provide recommendations to adjust forecasts in line with business dynamics β€’ Partner with logistics and warehouses to ensure timely replenishment and efficient order fulfilment β€’ Align forecasts with marketing and merchandising teams to support campaigns, new launches, and online promotions β€’ Produce regular reports and insights on demand planning accuracy, stock health, and replenishment performance β€’ Troubleshoot inventory allocation and fulfilment issues, proposing practical solutions to prevent service disruption β€’ Contribute to process improvements and the adoption of planning tools or systems to strengthen forecasting accuracy Required Qualifications β€’ Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Supply Chain, or STEM fields β€’ 3 to 6 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or e-commerce operations β€’ Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, modelling, scenario analysis) β€’ Solid communication skills in English, both written and verbal β€’ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure β€’ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail β€’ Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions Desirable but Not Essential β€’ Experience in the toy industry or pop culture retail sector β€’ Familiarity with the UK and European retail landscapes β€’ Understanding of designer toy and collectible trends, particularly in the art toy market β€’ Experience in ERP systems, demand planning, or forecasting software If you are excited to be part of POP MART’s journey and believe you have the skills and passion to contribute, click Apply Now and send us your CV.
