Job Title: Digital Marketing Intern Location: Miami, Florida Department: Marketing Reports to: Digital Manager Job Overview: Dolce&Gabbana Beauty is seeking a highly organized, digitally savvy, and proactive Digital Marketing Intern to support the Digital Manager in executing key marketing and eCommerce initiatives across the Americas region (U.S., Canada, and LATAM). This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in e-retail marketing, digital content management, CRM, and campaign operations within the luxury beauty industry. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. A strong interest in beauty, luxury, or digital marketing is a significant plus. Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital Asset & Content Management Support the organization, preparation, and upload of digital assets across retailer platforms and internal systems. Ensure product copy, visuals, and content align with brand standards and retailer-specific requirements. 1. Retailer & Campaign Execution Support Assist in the preparation and execution of digital campaigns across key e-retailers and Retail Media Networks. This includes gathering product information, completing submission templates, and coordinating with cross-functional teams and agencies to meet deadlines. 1. Product Page Optimization & Audits Conduct regular audits of product detail pages (PDPs) to identify errors, improve content, and benchmark against competitors. Support PDP enrichment and optimization projects in collaboration with internal and external teams. 1. CRM & Digital Initiatives Support Provide support on CRM-related projects across the Americas, contributing to campaign execution, customer data handling, and reporting. Assist the Digital Manager in tracking performance and implementing regional digital strategies. 1. Reporting & Administrative Support Monitor digital campaign progress, asset quality, and eCommerce updates using internal tools and dashboards. Assist with administrative duties such as purchase order creation, document management, and communication with vendors. 1. Presentation & Document Preparation Support the development of presentations, brand decks, and meeting materials for both internal use and external meetings with retailers or agency partners. Qualifications: • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proactive and eager to learn, with a collaborative mindset. • Fluent in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus. • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus. • Interest or basic understanding of the beauty, fragrance, or luxury industry is preferred.
