Position Overview
HR Mango is partnering with a purpose-driven client in the wellness industry to hire a Digital Advertising Specialist who is data-savvy, results-oriented, and passionate about scaling impactful brands. This role plays a key part in driving performance and expanding brand awareness through strategic execution of paid media campaigns.
As the Digital Advertising Specialist, you'll own the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, Amazon, and more. Working closely with the ecommerce, marketing, and creative teams, you'll ensure consistent messaging and measurable results across all touchpoints.

What Youβll Do
β’ Plan, launch, and manage full-funnel paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, Amazon, Walmart, and more
β’ Analyze campaign data to identify performance trends, optimize ROI, and scale high-performing strategies
β’ Write compelling ad copy, select creative assets, and A/B test variations to continuously improve results
β’ Conduct market and keyword research to inform campaign development
β’ Collaborate with internal teams (ecommerce, creative, product) to align campaigns with brand messaging and strategy
β’ Monitor and report on key performance indicators (ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR) and translate insights into actionable plans
β’ Stay current with DTC and CPG digital trends and suggest innovative strategies
A Day in the Life
β’ Launch and refine campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Sponsored Ads, etc.
β’ Analyze daily campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations
β’ Sync with internal teams to align digital efforts with product launches or promotions
β’ Adjust bids, audiences, creative, and landing pages to maximize effectiveness
β’ Experiment with new platforms, ad formats, or targeting strategies
What You Bring
β’ 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital advertising or performance marketing (DTC or CPG experience preferred)
β’ Experience managing budgets across Google, Meta, Amazon, and other ad platforms
β’ Proficiency in analyzing metrics and translating insights into strategy
β’ Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets for performance tracking and forecasting
β’ Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, Helium 10, BrightEdge, Pacvue, or similar
β’ Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
β’ Passion for wellness and better-for-you consumer products
β’ Experience with Amazon DSP or Sponsored Ads preferred
β’ Understanding of funnel strategy, LTV planning, and automated bidding tools
β’ Knowledge of attribution models and experience integrating influencer or affiliate content into ad strategy
