We're seeking an experienced Digital Art Director to provide maternity leave coverage within our fast-paced fashion retail team. This is for a well-established American women's fashion brands known for offering stylish, wearable clothing. You'll lead the creative vision for digital campaigns, promotions, and seasonal content, while managing and inspiring a team of designers. This role blends hands-on design work with team leadership, bringing brand storytelling to life across digital channels. • Contractor role for 90 days, could be extended through March 2026. Key Responsibilities: • Direct the visual execution of digital assets for e-commerce, email, and paid media. • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints in line with seasonal fashion collections. • Manage and mentor a team of digital designers, providing creative direction and feedback. • Collaborate with marketing, site merchandising, and copy team to deliver high-impact digital campaigns. • Oversee timelines and maintain high standards for all creative deliverables. What You Bring: • 5+ years in digital design, ideally within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands. • Proven experience in leading creative teams and digital campaign development. • Strong portfolio showcasing fashion-forward digital work. • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design tools. • A sharp eye for style, storytelling, and attention to brand detail. • Confident communicator and natural team leader.
