Job Title: Digital & B2B Sales Manager

Location: Eastergate, nr Chichester
Hours: 25 per week

Overview:
Rendezvous Cinema was established in March 2020 as a family business selling original cinema posters and film memorabilia online, over the next 5 years we have built a solid foundation to build upon. We are looking to grow our business.
We are looking for the right individual to work with us to grow global sales through rendezvouscinema.com as well as growing sales on online marketplaces.
Using traditional and forward-thinking tools to do this with one eye on new ai technology, the right individual should be innovative, results focused and prepared to think outside of the box.
Marketing tools such as social media, email marketing, branding, sponsorships, partnerships and others to be used to build our brand within the sector.
Increasing opportunities through new product lines and routes to market should be seen as an achievable challenge.
The role will be target driven.

Key skills / tasks for this role:
· Excellent communication skills
· Experience and technical understanding of online marketplace trading
· Technically proficient with the following software / tools:
(Microsoft excel / Google docs / Photoshop / Canva / Shopify / Database queries / Google Analytics / Google search console / Google merchant / Google Ads / Meta business suite)
· Experience with using ai tools
· Very good soft skills
· Someone looking to improve on targets
· Ability to build business cases and budget / forecast
· Ability to track performance and keep record of progress
· Drive long term goals with an eye on short term cashflow
· Fully analyse what has worked and not worked from company efforts
· Able to produce full sales forecasts
· Striving to seek new opportunities (eg: stock, partnerships etc) with the sole aim to improve sales
