Job Summary:
Forum Health is a leading network of integrative and functional medicine practices, and they are seeking a Digital Brand & Growth Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for two distinct brands. The role involves developing B2B marketing strategies for Power2Practice and driving eCommerce growth for Inwell Biosciences.
Responsibilities:
• Build and execute B2B marketing strategies targeting integrative medicine practices
• Create campaigns, funnels, and content to drive EMR demos, sign-ups, and retention
• Develop and manage lead generation assets, nurture sequences, email campaigns, and sales enablement materials
• Collaborate with sales, product, and onboarding teams to align messaging and strategy
• Optimize the P2P website and landing pages for conversion and SEO
• Own the digital marketing strategy for our supplement eCommerce brand
• Manage product promotions, seasonal campaigns, and evergreen funnels
• Plan and execute email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo & Active campaign
• Oversee product page optimization, SEO, and content updates across Shopify
• Assist in the migration of Magento to Shopify site
• Collaborate with design, SEO, and fulfillment teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Analyze sales performance and customer behavior to improve retention and revenue
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or relevant field.
• 5+ years in digital marketing with B2B SaaS and/or eCommerce experience
• Deep familiarity with Shopify, Active Campaign is required
• Strong content creation, email marketing, and campaign strategy skills
• Experience in lead generation, nurturing sequences, and funnel building
• Proficient in SEO, Google Analytics, and eCommerce metrics
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Applicant must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred:
• Passion for integrative, functional, or holistic health
• Ecommerce D2C experience required
• Healthcare SaaS or EMR marketing experience
• Experience working with product catalogs, cross-selling strategies, and supplement brands
• Familiarity with platforms like Sprout Social, ClickFunnels, WordPress, and social ad platforms
• Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives with developers, designers, and fulfillment teams
