Position Summary
As a Designer at Edgewell, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the visual identity of a diverse portfolio of consumer brands. You’ll create engaging, on-brand creative across both print and digital channels to support marketing, packaging, retail, and eCommerce initiatives. This is a hands-on role where creative problem-solving meets flawless execution.
You’ll collaborate with teams across brand marketing, shopper marketing, eCommerce, and external partners to deliver high-quality creative and ensure consistency and impact across all consumer touchpoints. The ideal candidate is both conceptually strong and production-savvy, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting, and thrive while working across a diverse portfolio of global brands.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and produce creative assets that meet business objectives and advance brand strategies across all platforms.
• Develop and execute designs across print and digital channels for multiple Edgewell brands.
• Create assets for packaging, retail displays, POS materials, and print advertisements.
• Design digital assets such as banners, emails, social media visuals, and web graphics for brand and eCommerce platforms.
• Leverage AI-powered design tools and features (e.g., MidJourney, Firefly, DALL·E) to accelerate asset creation and enhance creative ideation.
• Support eCommerce and digital marketing teams with optimized creative for retail partners (e.g., Amazon, Walmart.com).
• Collaborate on photo retouching, image editing, and asset preparation for both print production and digital use.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all creative.
• Contribute to concept development for brand campaigns and product launches.
• Coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends in design, packaging, and digital media relevant to CPG.
Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field—or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional design experience, preferably in consumer goods, retail, or agency environments.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma; working knowledge of After Effects or XD is a plus.
• Demonstrated strength in both print production and digital design (including responsive design and animation-ready assets).
• Experience with HTML banner design and basic understanding of web development practices is desirable.
• Strong eye for layout, typography, and branding, with attention to detail and production quality.
• Understanding of performance-driven creative, particularly for retail and eCommerce platforms.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
• Passionate about brand building, storytelling through design, consumer behavior, and innovation in the CPG space.
• Experience supporting or leading photo and video shoots is highly valued.
The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $108,000. The actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
