We believe in the power of being Ambitious, Agile and Approachable while meeting our business goals. β€’ β€’ Please note this role requires working in the office 4 days with 1 day working from home. β€’ β€’ JOB PURPOSE As Graphic and Digital Content Designer, you will need to have a 360 approach across the digital spectrum and a strong expertise in digital design, user experience, animation, photography and video editing. Keen to get involved across multiple digital-led projects across global channels, including brand campaigns, social media, website, and email marketing, while aligning with brand’s commercial objectives for retail and social. Working within a cross-discipline creative team made up of creative, artworkers, motion designers, and be responsible for helping develop and realize best-in-class creative executions. At the start of an internal creative design & branding department, you would be a vital team member as we build. Love crafting images, coming up with a social tools idea, or editing a long-form assets. KEY DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES Your experiences should have a mix of a few disciplines, from photo direction - to understanding and working against a narrative, to graphic design and moving image. You can concept and execute your creative thinking, turning ideas into real world impact. Creative Content Development: β€’ Graphic & Digital Design: Craft compelling and innovative digital assets, including website banners, mobile, email campaigns/template, social media graphics, online videos and animated deliverables, and e-commerce materials, ensuring alignment with guidelines and elevate brands. β€’ Animation & Video Editing (Still, video and gif): Produce engaging animations and videos that communicate key messages effectively. β€’ Collaborate closely with the e-commerce team to optimize UX/UI elements for the website, enhancing the customer journey. Brand Consistency: β€’ Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials, act as a guardian of the digital brand identity, proposing innovative ideas to enhance its expression online. β€’ Work on sourcing imagery, photo editing, and assisting with photoshoots and filming. β€’ Follow brand guidelines and ensure assets are consistent across all platforms. Trend Awareness & Innovation: β€’ Stay up to date with digital design trends and AI-powered tools to introduce new ideas and maintain brands to competitive edge by actively exploring new technologies. β€’ Research and analyse competitors to suggest improvements in digital creative strategies. β€’ Looking at the latest trends across creative, culture and technology. This ever-expanding knowledge, network and interest both inspires and drives your creative thinking. Project Management: β€’ Work efficiently to manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail. β€’ Ability to deliver creative ideas with conviction to a range of stakeholders and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously and remain calm under pressure. β€’ Knowledge and experience in working with both creative and marketing teams. REQUIREMENTS β€’ Min 5+ years of experience. β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Graphic/Web Design/Branding Communications/ Digital Media, or a related field. β€’ Focus on Digital & Web design, Photo direction (styling/set up is a plus), Animation(video) . β€’ Expert knowledge of content platform current best practices, technologies, and creative standards. β€’ Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and e-commerce best practices. β€’ Ecommerce solutions is a plus – CRM/Shopify experience is desirable. β€’ Strong technical skills and a solid understanding of digital project management for brands or creative agency background. β€’ Strong portfolio showcasing experience designing high-quality digital content for beauty, fashion and/or retail brands fashion, or luxury sectors. β€’ Both static and motion understanding, proficiency in Adobe CC mandatory (particularly Pr, Ae, Ps, Ind, Lr as needed). β€’ Knowledge of additional design tools such as Sketch, Figma or Canva is a plus. β€’ Solid experience with social media platform specifications (what content works and why), trends, and best practices for design. β€’ Experience leading photo and video production in collaboration with external agencies and guide them on the brand vision and step in when necessary. β€’ Excellent presentation skills. β€’ Strong organizational and teamwork skills, and ability to multi-task effectively. β€’ Passionate about digital innovation, explore new design trends, technologies & digital innovation. β€’ Interest in exploring AI-driven content.
