Core Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the homepage content manager to implement layouts as built to ensure a consistent, high-quality shopper experience across 35 countries and 21 languages.
• Coordinate with our third-party content management agency to facilitate homepage builds and launches, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and update content reference tools such as the homepage Miro board.
• Verify the accuracy of homepage content tracking.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining internal search rules to support campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
• Support creation and update of keywords and synonyms and help handle redirects to improve product discovery.
• Supervise homepage and internal search performance reports, providing basic analysis to identify gaps, opportunities, and shopper trends.
• Use internal publishing and search tools (e.g., Constructor, CommerceTools, Contentstack) to support daily operations.
• Partner with team colleagues to support LEGO.com’s overall content strategy.
• Stay curious about ecommerce content and search trends, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.

You’ll report to the Director of Ecommerce Content Strategy and Operations and collaborate with teammates around the world to enhance how customers find products and content on the site!
Do you have what it takes?
• Ecommerce experience preferred, ideally in a global, direct to consumer environment.
• Shows a strong inclination towards detail-oriented work.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to stay on top of multiple tasks.
• Open, collaborative communication style, with desire and ability to work globally across cultures and time zones.
• Understanding or willingness to learn ecommerce tools like Commercetools, Contentstack, Constructor and Adobe Analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with MS Office 365 tools and platforms.
Hybrid working model
This position will be based at 1001 Boylston St. in Boston, MA. Our workplace enables our LEGO® colleagues to be and do their best at work. Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $66,019.00 - $99,029.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
