About the Role:
We are looking for someone with a passion for digital communication, and a knack for driving results through compelling, engaging email campaigns. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in developing, executing and analysing our email marketing initiatives to engage and grow our audience, and nurture prospective consumers to build strong brand loyalty.
Responsibilities:
β’ Oversee day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns in line with the Marketing and D2C commercial calendar
β’ Support the planning and delivery of automated customer journeys including our welcome, abandoned basket and sunset flowscampaigns
β’ Work with the wider D2C team to segment audiences and deliver personalised emails and retention programmes.
β’ Monitor CRM performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement and retention.
β’ Assist Digital & Ecommerce Manager in optimising the D2C website to enhance user experience, conversions, and repeat purchases.
β’ Track and report on KPIs across digital campaigns, ensuring activities align with sales and growth targets.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer service) to ensure seamless customer journeys.
β’ Stay updated on digital trends and emerging CRM tools to drive innovation within the department.
Skills and Experience:
β’ At least 2β3 yearsβ experience in a digital marketing, CRM, or e-commerce role (wholesale or retail background a plus).
β’ Confident in CRM and email marketing platforms, and CMS (e.g. Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar).
β’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
β’ Experience with digital reporting channels is desirable.
β’ Understanding of D2C strategies and customer lifecycle management.
β’ Knowledge of outdoor performance wear products and consumer behaviour; personal interest or experience in outdoor sports/activities is an advantage.
β’ Excellent communication and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
β’ A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
β’ Strong commercial awareness.
β’ Team player, taking part and working as a team to deliver the best results.
β’ A willingness to listen to feedback and learn new skills to create the best customer service experience of the brand.
