Role description
D2C WELLNESS BRAND - DIGITAL GRAPHIC DESIGN This is your chance to own and evolve the visual identity of a fast-scaling health and wellness brand on a mission to redefine longevity. Backed by science and riding a huge wave of momentum, they’re gearing up for a full brand refresh and product expansion - and they’re looking for a hands-on Creative Lead to be at the centre of it all. You’ll be the main design eyes and ears - the visual glue, shaping everything from emails and social to packaging and physical experiences - all while supporting the internal and agency teams through a period of exciting growth. What they need: • A designer & creative thought leader who thrives in D2C or premium ecommerce environments and can confidently lead visual direction • Someone to evolve and apply the new brand identity across all customer touchpoints - from email and organic social to direct mail, packaging and digital campaigns • A creative who can collaborate cross-functionally with CRM, Acquisition, and Social contributors, ensuring a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints • Someone comfortable overseeing agency output and offshore execution teams while bringing design and creative strategy in-house • A proactive brand guardian who’s hands-on, detail-oriented and excited about helping shape a growing creative function What you’re great at: • Balancing art direction with doing - you can build frameworks, develop concepts, and design stunning assets • Owning the visual consistency across organic and CRM comms, paid ads, print/digital packaging, website input and more • Managing briefs end-to-end - from ideation through to QA and delivery - across both digital and physical formats • Collaborating with non-native designers or creatives to bring the refreshed brand vision to life • Creating within (and evolving) brand guidelines - while also helping offboard the branding agency and embed new visual standards What you’ll get: • 25 days holiday + your birthday off • Hybrid working - 2 days/week in Central London • 3 weeks per year to work remotely from abroad • Regular team socials & activities • Pension contributions • MacBook provided • Free access to premium longevity supplements • Opportunity to shape a high-growth wellness brand at a key inflection point • Clear path to creative leadership as the team and brand scale (and a second brand launches in 2026) If you're excited about the health & wellness space, love building premium visual brands, and want to play a key role in a brand that's on an exciting growth curve - this one's not to be missed.
