Role description
We’re looking for a visionary Digital Director to shape the future of a fast-growing beauty brand’s online presence. This is an opportunity to lead the charge in D2C growth, technical innovation, and AI-driven transformation — with a customer experience that turns first-time visitors into loyal advocates. As Digital Director you’ll own the entire digital customer journey, from acquisition through retention, driving measurable revenue growth and spearheading initiatives across conversion rate optimisation (CRO), performance marketing, advanced analytics, and martech integration. This is not just about managing an online shop — it’s about building a digital engine that scales globally. What you’ll do • Lead D2C growth strategies that increase AOV, retention, and lifetime value • Drive technical optimisation of our e-commerce stack (Shopify experience a plus) and data platforms • Oversee AI-powered personalisation, predictive analytics, and automation initiatives • Own martech and data ecosystem, including GA4, CDPs, and attribution tools • Integrate 3rd-party e-commerce channels like Amazon and TikTok Shop into the wider growth plan • Build a high-performing digital & growth team, collaborating with stakeholders across the business What we’re looking for • 5–7 years in senior digital or growth roles within high-growth D2C or beauty/e-commerce brands • Deep technical understanding of e-commerce stacks, data platforms, and performance measurement • Proven track record in AI/data-driven digital transformations • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels • Experience managing agencies, martech vendors, and cross-functional projects If you’re a commercially minded digital leader with a passion for scaling D2C brands through technology and innovation, we’d love to hear from you.
