Role description
Are you a visionary digital leader ready to redefine the online experience in the beauty industry? We’re looking for a Digital Director to drive end-to-end e-commerce strategy and execution—leading digital transformation, performance marketing, AI integration, and sustainable revenue growth across DTC and third-party channels. This is a rare opportunity to shape the full digital customer journey at a high-growth brand that’s scaling fast. You’ll own everything from CRO and personalisation to AI-powered data strategies and media measurement—partnering closely with product, tech, and marketing stakeholders. What You’ll Own: • Full digital sales funnel—from acquisition to retention—with a focus on CRO and UX. • Strategy and performance of third-party e-commerce platforms (Amazon, TikTok Shop, etc.). • Site optimisation through data-led experimentation (A/B testing, personalisation, etc.). • AI integration across the customer journey: smart merchandising, automation, predictive insights. • Martech stack: GA4, RetentionX, attribution tools, CDPs—owning measurement and performance. • Building and leading a high-performing digital & growth team. Your Impact Will Be Measured By: • YoY and QoQ e-commerce revenue growth • Website conversion rate uplift • Improvements in LTV and retention • Site performance and CX metrics • Clear, accurate reporting and attribution What You Bring: • 5–7 years in senior digital/growth roles, ideally in DTC, beauty, or e-commerce. • Proven success leading AI and data-driven transformations. • Deep technical fluency across e-commerce platforms and analytics tools. • Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and a test-and-learn mindset. • Familiarity with Shopify and/or agile environments is a plus.
