Role description
Job Description As the Regional Digital Experience Lead for Womenswear at COS, you will shape and deliver compelling digital experience strategies across our platforms In North America. You’ll set the benchmark for excellence in site merchandising and content, ensuring every digital touchpoint reflects the brand’s identity and elevates the customer journey. By blending digital insights with buying strategies and brand objectives, you’ll craft seamless and inspiring experiences that spark ‘talkable moments’ and optimize key shopping journeys across our site and digital channels. Your digital experience plans will integrate visual merchandising and content to drive engagement, enhance conversion, and support financial targets—all while staying true to COS’s brand standards and values. • Work with Paid Channel and CRM Leads to develop content plans that maximize the collection and engage customers, in support of commercial and brand objectives. • Use site metrics, selling data, and customer behavior insights to continuously analyze and maximize performance and identify improvements for site experience, content, visual merchandising, and brand experience. • Collate analysis of product, category and campaign performance, customer behavior, sales patterns, and search trends, presenting insights and recommendations in cross functional meetings. • Ensure SEO best practices are considered and included in DX plans. • Undertake regular site walks to uphold standards set for digital experience. • Collaborate with functions across the business to set the necessary requirements for e-commerce growth, ensuring brand expression, customer experience standards and business objectives are met. • Work closely with Regional Merchandising team to understand the incoming ranges, investment levels, and selling speeds to ensure we communicate the product assortment effectively online; contribute to hind sights that • Partner with Global Digital Experience (DX) to deliver new functionality and experiences and maintain a consistent journey in-line with commercial priorities and brand strategy. • Partner with the Global DX to establish site experience strategies and ecommerce photography briefs to support a clear, dynamic and innovative shopping experience. • Partner with Global DX on A/B Testing at a global and regional level and data gathering using Google Analytics and site merchandising and search tools. Qualifications Previous experience working in a similar role with the skills highlighted below… Technical Skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics • Familiar with internal reporting tools, ecommerce and CMS platforms, site merchandising tools such as Fredhopper, design tools such as Figma, and A/B testing tools Soft Skills • Collaborative, customer-focused, innovative, action-oriented, and efficient. • Strong listening skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
