Role description
Growth & Ecommerce Marketing Manager An independent children’s media company with a TV series, magazines, apps, toys & games is looking for a commercially minded and hands-on Growth & Ecommerce Marketing Manager. This newly created, commercially-focussed role interfaces with Editorial, Marketing, Finance and Operations to deliver the digital growth plan. Combining creativity and commerciality, this role will suit a digital marketer with a good understanding of subscriber customer journeys from acquisition to retention, and a passion for capturing sales opportunities across platforms. What You’ll Be Doing β€’ Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns focused on subscriber growth β€’ Optimise lead management and customer engagement through email and social, leveraging automations and developing strong content β€’ Run the ecommerce sales channels, optimising the Shopify store and merchandising across sales channels ensuring effective presentation of the brand and products at all touch points β€’ Develop multi-channel product sales campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Tik Tok and ecommerce marketplaces β€’ Work with content creators, affiliates and partners to deliver mutually beneficial campaigns and promotions β€’ Create content to ensure campaigns are engaging, brand-aligned & performance-focused β€’ Run structured A/B and multivariate testing to inform acquisition and onboarding tactics β€’ Own campaign reporting and performance tracking, focusing on CAC, CVR, LTV, and channel ROI What You’ll Bring β€’ 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally in a subscription, ecommerce or media environment β€’ Proven hands-on campaign experience across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok or similar platforms β€’ Working knowledge of Shopify and/or Hubspot is desirable β€’ Strong understanding of customer journeys, funnels, conversion, ROI and attribution β€’ Working knowledge of design software, such as Adobe or Canva β€’ Creative judgement and an eye for design, UX, and copy β€’ Experience with marketing and analytics tools like GA4 β€’ Energy, optimism and a growth mindset Send CVs to: penny.smith@doodle-productions.com By the 26th of August 2025.
