We’re looking for a Digital Growth Marketing Manager to build and scale our digital marketing engine. This is a mid-level, hands-on role reporting directly to the VP Growth, where you’ll own everything digital—from campaigns to analytics—helping FELFEL grow fast and smart.
IN SHORT
This role is for someone who lives and breathes digital growth and wants to take full ownership of FELFEL’s digital marketing presence. You’ll be the go-to person for everything digital: building campaigns, optimizing our website, running A/B tests, analyzing data, and creating workflows that turn website visitors into qualified leads.
You won’t just be handed a playbook—you’ll create it. We want someone who can spot opportunities, propose experiments, and translate results into growth strategies that work at scale. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our content team to make sure every blog post, social ad, and landing page is fully optimized to drive traffic, capture leads, and move prospects through the funnel.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will:
• Build and Own Our Digital Strategy: Design and execute campaigns that move people from unawareness → lead → MQL → SQL.
• Website Optimization: Manage our Squarespace website, improve speed, design, and SEO to increase visibility and conversions.
• Email Marketing & Automation: Create email nurture flows, newsletters, and re-engagement campaigns in HubSpot to keep leads warm and moving through the pipeline.
• Landing Pages & Lead Capture: Develop high-performing landing pages and forms for events, campaigns, and downloadable resources.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Run A/B tests on CTAs, page layouts, and email subject lines to improve conversion rates.
• Campaign Analytics & Reporting: Build dashboards in GA4 and HubSpot, analyze performance metrics like CTR, CPL, and MQL → SQL rates, and use insights to refine campaigns.
• SEO & Content Support: Collaborate with the content creator to ensure all content is optimized for search and integrated into lead generation workflows.
• Paid Campaign Support: Coordinate or manage LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and retargeting campaigns where needed.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, accounts, and food teams to ensure digital marketing campaigns align with FELFEL’s overall business goals.
YOUR PROFILE
• Experience: 3–5 years in digital marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation in B2B SaaS, food-tech, or e-commerce.
• Tools: Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Squarespace, GA4, GTM, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Canva, and similar platforms.
• Growth Mindset: You understand the full lead funnel and know how to build scalable systems for awareness, lead generation, and conversion.
• Analytical Skills: You’re comfortable diving into dashboards, pulling insights, and turning data into action.
• Hands-On Execution: You like working at a fast pace, building landing pages yourself, running A/B tests, and iterating quickly.
• Collaborative Spirit: You’re comfortable working closely with the content team, sales team, and leadership to make sure campaigns align across departments.
• Strategic Thinking: You can plan big-picture growth initiatives but are also happy to roll up your sleeves to make them happen.

• Qualified leads generated (MQLs, SQLs)
• Conversion rates across landing pages, email campaigns, and funnels
• Pipeline contribution from digital campaigns
• Cost per lead (CPL) and other efficiency metrics
