Role description
Central Employment are working an global, specialist Retail Marketing, Digital and Production Agency, as they look to recruit an eCommerce Digital & Innovation Manager, to support on the delivery of FMCG client digital strategies and insights.
• Newcastle based + hybrid working
• £35,000-£40,000 DOE
• Part of a scaling Digital & Innovation team
Key responsibilities:-
• Work closely with and build a trusting, collaborative relationship with all internal teams across the agency to ensure that they get the right information and support needed to deliver digital & innovation solutions, on time, and in budget.
• Keep talking. Make sure everyone involved with a project, clients, and internal teams knows what's happening and when during the lifetime of a project.
• Have an opinion and be comfortable sharing it. Whether learnings from previous projects or a better way of doing things, let everyone know.
• Develop a deep understanding of our client’s business and products and spot and suggest where ‘digital’ could and should be used to great effect.
• Be involved during all stages of a project, from concept to delivery.
• The ability to gather research to help come up with digitally-led ideas and present them back.
• Have a genuine passion for FMCG & Retail digital & innovation.
• That passion helps you keep up to date with the rapid change and dig into the detail and find interesting ways of using new technology to solve client problems.
• But most of all, be a champion for digital in the agency.
Experience required:
• We’re looking a client facing Digital Strategist to work on a whole host of digital projects, ranging from in-store digital activations, digital marketing activity, eCommerce, VR, AR and everything in-between.
• As a Digital & Innovation Manager, you’ll be responsible for helping to set up, implement and manage the delivery of digital projects
• The continued growth of digital is extremely important for our agency and your role will play a crucial part in helping to develop understanding and capability.
• Experience and huge passion for digital technologies and all things retail/eCommerce digital solutions
• We’re looking for someone passionate about all things digital and shopper marketing
