LoB Overview (Data) • Organized along two lines of business - Data and Insights. The Data LoB is responsible for delivering the following solutions to our clients: • eCommerce: Supporting online brands and marketplaces to build high-performance catalogs and enhance seller and customer experience. From sourcing data to validation, enrichment, and creation of high-quality content, we offer a wide range of catalog services. We help onboard sellers faster and better, and we engage with customers for a better experience. We deploy extensive automation and tools for processes such as product cataloging, descriptions, feature writing, image sourcing and editing as well as quality audits. • Info Services: Data collection, validation, and enrichment to support onboarding and engagement of customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. We ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations and we enable a faster and better experience. Profile Description • LOB: Business Development | Technology Solutions • Role: Technology Sales/ Business Development • Employment Type: Permanent • Work Mode: Remote • Working Days: 5 days (Sat-Sun week off) • Location: USA Key Responsibilities • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and outbound activities, focusing on B2B opportunities in BFSI, healthcare, and e-commerce sectors. • Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with sales teams to create and implement effective lead generation strategies tailored to US market dynamics. • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with prospective clients, understand their technology needs, and present customized solutions to address their challenges. • Revenue Generation: Drive lead-to-revenue conversion, contributing to the overall sales targets and business growth. • Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify opportunities and refine lead generation efforts. • CRM Management: Maintain and update customer and prospect data in CRM systems to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting. Qualifications • 12+ years of experience in Business Development, Tech Sales and IT Transformation Leadership. • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, with a track record of driving revenue in BFSI, healthcare, or e-commerce sectors. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients across cultural and business landscapes. • Familiarity with US market dynamics and client engagement best practices. • Proficient in CRM tools and lead generation platforms. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting. Preferred Skills • Knowledge of emerging technologies and their applications in BFSI, healthcare, or e-commerce. • A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
