Job Description: Digital Manager Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Digital Manager to provide strategic oversight for our agency’s clients in the areas of digital, web and social media and to supervise the staff of those three departments. In this position, you will be responsible for the management of all digital platforms, including developing strategies to increase traffic and on-site engagement, establishing schedules for the release of articles or blog posts, and monitoring performance to measure the success of campaigns. We are looking for someone who can build relationships with internal teams as well as clients and who knows how to be a team player who provides feedback to other team members on opportunities to enhance, develop and refine digital campaigns. The digital manager will be responsible for managing, guiding and training digital members on the team to ensure they meet departmental and client goals and deadlines. Strategic oversight will include all digital and web disciplines, including web development, database marketing, SEO, SEM, organic social, paid social, digital display and retargeting, geo-fencing, OTT, streaming audio, etc. The Digital Manager will work closely with the Integrated Media Director to develop strategic frameworks for all AdPro clients, collaborating on detailed monthly and annual flowcharts that incorporate all traditional media, web, social and digital tactics. You will also have a considerable amount of direct client contact, presenting for local and regional clients in person and national clients by Zoom. Responsibilities: ·      Plan and oversee the strategy and execution of all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display and video campaigns. ·      Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through new digital technologies. ·      Lead the use of dashboards and web analytic tools to measure site traffic, engagement, ad metrics and attribution and identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance. ·      Collaborate with internal teams to drive results through collaboration. ·      Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. ·      Manage client “Digital Deep Dive” meetings and provide monthly reporting as requested on pre-determined KPIs and benchmarks. ·      Lead the team in proactive analysis of digital campaigns, offering recommendations for performance on an ongoing basis. ·      Complete digital department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results. ·      Lead, supervise, and motivate digital team members to create compelling, effective digital strategies that drive growth both internally and for our clients. Skills & Requirements: ·      Four-year degree in marketing, advertising, digital, technology, or related field. ·      Minimum of seven years of experience managing digital media for clients and working with Google Analytics. ·      Solid understanding of the digital sales funnel and tactics required to enhance brand awareness within the digital space, as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. ·      Solid understanding of digital marketing data trends and KPIs and the tradeoffs associated with each. ·      Experience with managing campaigns with Google Ads, Google Data Studio, YouTube, SEM Rush, Google Ads, and all major social media platforms. ·      Experience in leading and motivating a team and working with a wide range of stakeholders. ·      Strong written and verbal communications skills and displays confidence when presenting. ·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ·      Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask. ·      Ability to work independently as well as be a productive and motivating team leader. ·      Google Suite (Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, Merchant Center) ·      E-commerce and listing management ·      Research (keyword, competitive, brand) ·      Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, PowerPoint ·      Working knowledge of WordPress and other web platforms ·      Advertising agency experience a plus
