We are seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting brand marketing efforts, content creation, and coordination between Korean vendors and U.S. buyers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and eager to grow in the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns for various beauty brands.
• Assist in managing social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and website content.
• Help maintain Amazon storefronts and product listings.
• Coordinate with Korean brand partners and U.S. retail buyers on marketing activities.
• Conduct research on beauty trends, competitors, and market insights.
• Create promotional assets such as marketing decks, product descriptions, newsletters, and visuals.
• Track campaign performance through tools like Google Analytics, Amazon Seller tools, and social media insights.
• Assist with influencer outreach and content creator collaboration.
Qualifications
• Fluent in both Korean and English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred.
• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply if highly motivated and quick to learn.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, or social media platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and design tools like Canva.
