As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our dynamic team. 💼About the Role: We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing Director This role combines strategic planning, brand positioning, and data-driven performance marketing to expand online revenue while preserving exclusivity and customer experience. 🌟 Key Responsibilities: E-Commerce Growth • Drive online sales strategies, optimize conversion funnels, and oversee the full digital customer journey. Brand Positioning • Ensure digital campaigns align with luxury brand identity, storytelling, and exclusivity. Performance Marketing • Manage paid search, display, social, and retargeting campaigns to increase ROI. Content & Creative • Oversee premium content creation (video, editorial, imagery) for digital platforms. CRM & Loyalty • Enhance customer lifetime value through segmentation, personalization, and VIP experiences. Data & Analytics • Monitor KPIs (traffic, conversion, AOV, ROAS, retention) and adjust strategy. ✅Skills & Qualifications • 8–12+ years in digital marketing, with strong e-commerce background. • Luxury or premium brand experience is essential. • Deep expertise in SEO/SEM, paid social, programmatic, and email automation. • Strong understanding of UX/UI for high-end digital experiences. • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights. • Excellent leadership and cross-cultural communication skills. • Global market knowledge (Europe, Middle East, Asia, US). KPIs / Success Metrics • Online revenue growth & profitability. • Customer acquisition cost (CAC) vs. lifetime value (LTV). • Brand equity and customer satisfaction scores. • Growth of high-value customer segments. • ROI on media spend.
