Scarlett Poppies is a resort and ready-to-wear fashion brand celebrating craftsmanship, culture, and creativity. Inspired by travel, artisanal techniques, and timeless femininity, our collections are designed to move effortlessly between destinations and moments.
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who blends e-commerce rigor with creative excellence. You’ll own our Shopify experience end-to-end, lead performance-driven campaigns, and create digital assets that uplift both sales and storytelling.
What You’ll Do
• Own Shopify: product uploads, merchandising, SEO, CRO, navigation & onsite UX.
• Drive performance: monitor traffic, conversion, AOV, bounce rate; test and implement improvements.
• Run site campaigns: homepage updates, collection launches, promos/sales activations.
• Ads & growth: create on-brand ad concepts hand in hand with our Marketing Manager and the ad agency
• Create digital assets: landing pages, banners, lookbooks, visuals, reels, stories.
• Social media: build and manage the calendar; publish engaging, on-brand content (IG, TikTok, YT).
• Content capture: shoot and edit BTS, styling clips, and product detail to enrich storytelling.
• Customer journey: ensure a seamless path from discovery to checkout with inspiring visuals/copy.
• Digital stack: evaluate tools, apps, and plugins; pilot A/B tests and new features.
• Brand guardianship: keep consistency across all creative and digital touchpoints.
• AI & innovation: research, test, and integrate AI-powered tools to enhance creativity and performance. From editing and design platforms to SEO automation, personalization, and CRO tools, you’ll identify opportunities to improve efficiency and storytelling.
Preferred Qualifications
• 3+ years in a similar role (fashion or lifestyle preferred).
• Proven Shopify e-commerce management.
• Strong content creation skills (visuals/video/lookbooks).
• Working knowledge of growth metrics and testing methodology (SEO/CRO).
• Up-to-date on content trends across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
