A growing eCommerce group with multiple successful online brands is looking for a CRM Executive to help take their customer marketing to the next level. This is a fantastic chance to join a fast paced, commercially driven environment where your work will have clear visibility and impact from day one.
You will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of CRM campaigns across a range of ecommerce sites. From segmentation and journey building to testing and reporting, you will own the full process and be encouraged to bring fresh ideas that drive customer retention and revenue growth.
This is not a role where you will be waiting for sign off at every stage. You will have autonomy, support, and the chance to shape best practice in a business that is scaling quickly and investing in digital.
What we are looking for
• Circa two years of CRM or email marketing experience in a digital marketing role.
• Good understanding of segmentation, personalisation, and performance reporting
• Experience using email platforms and CRM tools
• Comfortable with data, customer journeys, and commercial outcomes
• Ideally exposure to eCommerce, loyalty programmes, Shopify, or Google Analytics
