This role is responsible for delivering growth through data-led campaigns, CRM automation, and eCommerce optimization. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a strong mix of strategic thinking and executional excellence. What You’ll Do: • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns that convert and solve real customer challenges. • Drive digital growth and boost brand awareness across B2B and B2C audiences. • Lead CRM-driven journeys using platforms like HubSpot to automate and personalize engagement. • Create onboarding and training programs to empower global teams with CRM tools. • Optimize eCommerce sites and landing pages to maximize conversions and user experience. • Collaborate with retail and distribution partners to align online and in-store promotions. • Manage agencies and freelancers to deliver campaigns on time and on brand. • Track and analyze campaign performance using HubSpot and Google Analytics, reporting insights to senior leadership. • Share best practices and contribute to global marketing strategies. • Represent the brand confidently at industry and consumer events. • Deliver internal training to upskill teams on digital marketing tools and techniques.
