We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to lead digital initiatives across both B2B and B2C channels. This role is responsible for delivering growth through data-led campaigns, CRM automation, and eCommerce optimization. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a strong mix of strategic thinking and executional excellence. Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy & Campaign Execution
• Design and deliver digital marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, traffic, and customer retention across B2B and B2C audiences.
• Run targeted digital campaigns focused on addressing consumer pain points and moving customers through the buying journey.
• CRM & Marketing Automation
• Lead the development of customer journeys using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) to automate and personalize user engagement.
• Create onboarding programs and training materials to support adoption of CRM tools internally and across global teams.
• eCommerce & Website Optimization
• Oversee and enhance the performance of both B2B and B2C eCommerce sites, including landing pages and product detail pages, to maximize conversion and user experience.
• Retail & Partner Collaboration
• Coordinate with major retail and distribution partners to align promotional activity both online and in physical retail environments.
• Project & Agency Management
• Manage external agencies and freelance partners to execute campaigns and large-scale projects efficiently and on time.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting
• Utilize tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics to monitor campaign success and report on key metrics to senior leadership, including international stakeholders.
• Cross-Market Collaboration
• Share insights and best practices with international markets and contribute to the global marketing strategy.
• Act as a brand ambassador at both consumer-facing and professional events.
• Training & Mentorship
• Deliver internal training to upskill teams on digital marketing tools and practices. Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Significant experience in digital marketing across both B2B and B2C environments.
• Advanced knowledge of CRM systems (preferably HubSpot), marketing automation, and performance analytics.
• Strong background in managing eCommerce platforms and digital customer journeys.
