This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Digital Marketing Executive specializing in Google & Meta Ads and SEO, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven digital campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. You will also manage SEO initiatives to enhance online visibility and lead generation, while generating detailed reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Campaign Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
• Conduct competitor analysis and keyword research to inform campaign targeting.
• Align ad strategies with brand goals (awareness, lead generation, sales, etc.).
Campaign Execution & Optimization
• Set up, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Search, Display, YouTube; Meta Ads).
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting.
• Manage bid strategies, and campaign schedules to maximize ROI.
Analytics & Reporting
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance daily/weekly/monthly.
• Generate insightful performance reports using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other tools.
• Track and optimize KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
Lead Tracking & CRM Integration
• Track all incoming leads and funnel performance within the company CRM.
• Ensure accurate attribution of ad spend to lead source and funnel stage.
• Work closely with sales/marketing to maintain CRM hygiene and data accuracy.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to guide content strategy.
• Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, internal links).
• Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-friendly blog posts and site content.
• Perform technical SEO audits and monitor site health using tools like Google Search Console and Screaming Frog.
• Build high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority over time.
• Track organic rankings, traffic, and conversions from search.
Technical & Compliance
• Install and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Pixel, and GA4.
• Stay updated with algorithm changes, ad policies, and platform updates.
Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience in paid advertising (Google & Meta platforms).
• Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads Editor, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
• Hands-on experience with on-page and off-page SEO.
• Experience with e-commerce, lead generation, or service-based ad strategies.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts or campaigns simultaneously.
• Ability to follow instructions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
