Role description
Digital Marketing Executive (Fulltime) - Salary £31,559 - Hybrid working Join our forward-thinking Customer Engagement team At the heart of the Customer Engagement team is a clear goal: to build personalised, meaningful connections that drive lasting customer loyalty. We craft data-led, omnichannel journeys—and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, innovative Digital Marketing Executive to help bring them to life. As part of a collaborative team of four within the wider Digital Marketing function, you’ll work across app, eCommerce, and B2B/G channels. Reporting to the Customer Engagement Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we communicate with our customers. What you’ll be doing Taking the lead in crafting impactful, data-driven communications that captivate geospatial businesses and OS Maps app users alike. From design right through to experimentation and personalisation, this role offers an exciting blend of creativity, strategy and performance. • Create compelling content across email (triggered and solus), SMS, and in-app notifications for both B2B/G and B2C audiences. • Own and manage the solus email calendar, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely, clear communication of key events and promotions. • Run regular A/B/n tests to optimise performance—experimenting with copy, visuals, timing, and more. • Leverage behavioural data to deliver personalised product recommendations, feature highlights, and location-based inspiration. • Contribute to performance reporting, sharing insights and results with confidence and clarity. • Support campaign design with high-quality creative assets for giveaways, sign-up forms, and promotional activity. • Get hands-on with helping to grow our triggered journeys, gamified loyalty programme, and lead scoring capabilities. What we’re looking for We’re after someone who’s not just creative, but also analytical—a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll bring: • A flair for creative design and copywriting • A data-driven mindset with a passion for testing and optimisation • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills • The ability to juggle multiple projects with calm, clear-headed problem-solving • A solid grasp of storytelling, marketing trends, and customer psychology • Confidence using tools like Photoshop, Figma, or similar • Experience with platforms such as Braze, DotDigital, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 The Rewards We want you to love what you do.
