Role description
Purpose
Using your intelligence, warmth and understanding of digital marketing youโll bring the Wrong Shopโs distinctive collection of artworks to the world. Through tone of voice, visuals and the incredible power of the digital marketing toolset you will intrigue, entertain, delight and capture the online audience.
What the job involves
โ Youโll be responsible for dreaming up, planning and executing creative, inventive on trend campaigns to drive new customer acquisition and retention.
โ Youโll create and maintain a monthly content schedule including email, blog and social media.
โ Youโll research, reach out to and build relationships with partners, content creators and influencers who can extend our reach with an engaged audience.
โ Youโll manage the website including the creation, optimization, and maintenance of product listings to ensure that all website information is accurate, engaging and an immaculate representation of the brand.
โ Youโll build email customer flows to increase repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value.
โ Youโll work alongside external agencies and freelancers.
โ Youโll manage FB/IG ad campaigns.
โ Youโll prepare concise reports with analysis.
Requirements
โ 2-3 years of professional digital direct-to-consumer (i.e B2C) experience either with an agency or an ecommerce company.
โ Experience using CRM preferably Klaviyo.
โ Experience with Asana or similar project management software.
โ Experience with Hootsuite or similar
โ Experience with FB Business Manager.
โ Understanding of SEO principles and implementation.
โ An analytical mindset and comfortable with using data to inform decisions.
โ You expertly balance and prioritise your daily to-do's, as well as your short-term and long-term planning.
โ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
โ Desirable - confidence using image editing tools such as Photoshop or Canva.
โ Desirable - a passion for art and design.

The website presents unique and affordable artworks by an expanding directory of some of the worldโs most respected contemporary designers and artists. Each new addition to the collection is produced using a variety of printing techniques, materials and framing best suited to the individual work, and delivered with an exceptional attention to detail.
Your role will be to mirror this approach in The Wrong Shopโs digital marketing.
