Job Title: Digital Marketing Lead (open to “Digital Marketing Manager” title based on experience)
Location: Southwest London (hybrid working)
Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 per annum, depending on experience
Type: Full-time, permanent
Start Date: ASAP
About the Opportunity
We’re partnering with a respected and growing consumer-facing group to appoint their first in-house Digital Marketing Lead. With three well-established brands under one umbrella, this is a rare opportunity to build and own the digital marketing function from the ground up, driving acquisition, brand awareness, and conversion across multiple sites and audiences.
The business has a strong reputation for quality and values-led service, and now requires a commercially focused digital specialist to ensure it is visible, discoverable, and engaging at every key digital touchpoint.
Role Overview
You’ll lead digital activity across three brands, managing performance marketing, SEO, content strategy, community engagement, email automation, and marketing analytics. Reporting directly into the senior leadership team, you’ll have a high level of autonomy and input into strategic decision-making.
This is a hybrid role with a base in Southwest London and flexibility to work from home, with occasional travel to other sites.
Key Responsibilities
Search Marketing & SEO
• Plan and execute paid media campaigns (PPC, SEA) to capture leads at the moment of intent
• Optimise organic search performance through SEO strategy and content collaboration
• Explore and integrate emerging search tools, including AI-driven platforms
Community Engagement & Content
• Drive awareness on third-party platforms (e.g. Nextdoor, Mumsnet, Reddit)
• Identify and engage with relevant online communities and influencers to grow visibility and trust
Lead Nurturing & User Journey
• Design and manage automated email workflows for lead conversion and client retention
• Support seamless user experience across three brand websites, directing users to the most relevant service
Data, Attribution & Reporting
• Track campaign performance, lead sources, and cost per acquisition (CPA / SQL)
• Deliver actionable insights to the executive team and contribute to board-level reporting
Innovation & Brand Support
• Stay ahead of digital trends and test new approaches to capture demand
• Represent the brand at events and support local teams with regional campaigns
About You
We’re looking for a commercially minded, hands-on digital marketer who thrives in an autonomous environment and enjoys building things from scratch.
You will have:
• A strong background in PPC, SEO, and digital performance marketing
• Solid experience with marketing automation and multi-site user journeys
• A data-driven mindset with confidence in reporting and attribution
• Familiarity with community platforms and online engagement strategies
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
• A values-led outlook and interest in work that has a positive social impact
What’s on Offer
• Salary up to £70,000 depending on experience
• Flexible hybrid working with a Southwest London base
• A newly created role with autonomy and leadership visibility
• Work across multiple respected brands within a growing organisation
• Opportunities to represent the brand externally and contribute to wider business strategy
• A supportive, purpose-driven culture with a clear mission
