Role description
We're hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to be our conversion expert. In this role, you will be responsible for turning website visitors into qualified leads and maximizing the impact of our traffic-generating campaigns. You'll work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager to convert interest into pipeline and fuel customer expansion.
This is a dynamic, hands-on position for a data-driven marketer who is passionate about using automated workflows, intent signals, and personalization to optimize every stage of the funnel and customer journey.
Role Specific Job Duties:
β’ Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & User Experience (UX): You will manage and optimize the user experience and conversion paths on our website. Through analyzing user behavior with tools like heatmaps and session recordings, you will identify and fix friction points in the conversion funnel to improve conversion rates.
β’ A/B Testing & Personalization: You will run A/B tests on landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action (CTAs) to boost conversion rates. You'll also implement personalization strategies to deliver relevant content to different user segments.
β’ Bottom-of-Funnel CTA Management: You'll create and optimize bottom-of-funnel conversion points for various marketing initiatives, to capture and convert high-intent visitors.
β’ Website Reporting & Analysis: You will analyze website performance and user behavior, including Pathfactory reporting, sharing key insights with the broader team to inform strategy and identify opportunities for improvement.
β’ Sales & SDR Alignment: You will partner with the Revenue Operations Growth Manager to ensure a seamless flow from form submission to sales follow-up. You'll monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and address any issues to ensure a quick and effective lead handoff.
β’ Automated Plays: You'll design and implement automated workflows that re-engage contacts at the right time to drive pipeline and customer expansion, leveraging intent signals, person data, and opportunity data.
Required Skills / Experience:
β’ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required education with a focus in marketing or business
β’ 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on CRO and lead generation.
β’ Proven track record of running successful A/B tests and improving conversion rates.
β’ Expert in web analytics (Google Analytics) and user behavior tools (Crazy Egg, Hotjar, etc.).
β’ Experience with marketing automation platforms and intent platforms to build automated workflows.
β’ Strong understanding of UX and tracking principles (UTMs, Google Tag Manager, etc) and their impact on conversion funnels.
β’ Effectively communicates and collaborates with cross-functional partners in Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to ensure alignment and drive shared goals
β’ Data-driven with the ability to turn analysis into clear, actionable insights.
