Premier Home Health Care Services, Inc. is a leading established Home Health Care Agency. We currently have an opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager in New York City. The primary responsibility of the Digital Marketing Manager is to lead and execute a wide range of marketing, communications, and branding efforts that support both client acquisition and employee recruitment. The role will manage everything from content creation to public relations, digital strategy, event planning, and internal communications. Also collaborate across departments to support business development, training, and operational goals. Qualifications: 1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or sales 1. Travel: Travel may be required for business purposes. If so, the employee must have a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which they work and a satisfactory driving record. 1. Work Experience: a. Two to three years of program and business development experience in a comparably sized company. b. Ability to use computerized systems. Basic Internet and Microsoft Excel skills are a must. c. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. d. Ability to work well under pressure. e. Ability to execute a strategic plan and marketing strategy. f. Exemplary customer service skills. g. Ability to provide group presentation using power point and other presentation medias. h. Experience with creating and conducting oral presentations to different target audiences. i. Experience in working collaboratively and interdepartmentally to achieve expansion goals. j. Bilingual-English/Spanish. Essential Job Responsibilities: 1. Manages and maintains all online sales and recruitment strategies 1. Implements the media marketing strategy designed to achieve Corporate objectives established in conjunction with the sales and marketing team 1. Responsible for all the intakes of company referrals generated through the media marketing and website traffic 1. Maintains recruitment inquiries generated through the media marketing and website traffic and responsible for all conversations from referrals 1. Collaborates with the Communications Department for daily management of social media and website inquires, referrals and messages as well as organic and paid campaign analytics. 1. Overseeing website updates, social media content creation, Google Business management, and branded email communications. 1. Maintaining the company’s brand kit/style guide and managing marketing inventory, including print, apparel, and promotional items. 1. Assists in creating unique marketing materials for all company branches. 1. Responsible for follow up to branch management for clients who remain unconverted in our referral tracker. 1. Planning and executing all events such as grand openings, recruitment events, and marketing/community events from start to finish. 1. Meets and communicates the conversion effectiveness of the marketing strategy with the region’s media management team. 1. Evaluates and tracks the trends of inquiries and case conversion statistics on a weekly basis, including the overall revenue generated. 1. Monitors referral source complaints and customer satisfaction for leads generated through the media marketing outlets. 1. Ensures all HIPAA requirements are adhered to. 1.
