We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can do it all—strategy, storytelling, and execution. In this role, you’ll lead the charge on digital campaigns across social media, paid ads, SEO/SEM, email, and content marketing, while also spearheading PR initiatives and influencer partnerships that get people talking. You’ll blend creative vision with data-driven decisions to craft campaigns that don’t just grab attention but drive real results.
With a focus on hospitality, restaurants, and food & beverage brands, you’ll help bring some of the most exciting concepts in the industry to life. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute visually compelling content across photography, videography, and graphics, with a focus on hospitality clients.
• Manage the complete content process: concept development, production, editing, copywriting, scheduling, and performance analysis for organic and paid social media content and campaigns.
• Capture professional-quality photos and videos using DSLR equipment and drone, applying strong technical skills in lighting, composition, and editing.
• Write engaging, brand-appropriate copy for social media, web, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create cohesive, results-driven marketing and influencer campaigns.
• Apply a strong eye for design to all visual assets; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social, web, email, paid media, and content that drive engagement and measurable growth.
• Lead PR initiatives, from crafting press materials to pitching stories, and cultivate strong relationships with local and national media.
• Build and manage influencer partnerships, from discovery and outreach to campaign execution and reporting.
• Create compelling content—visual and written—that aligns with client brand identities and tells their story in fresh, exciting ways.
• Oversee website updates, SEO/SEM campaigns, and analytics reporting to ensure clients are always optimized and visible.
• Manage advertising budgets, timelines, and campaign performance with a results-driven mindset.
• Stay ahead of trends in digital, PR, and hospitality to keep client strategies innovative and relevant.
• Take initiative—proactively pitch ideas, own projects from start to finish, and keep clients excited about what’s next.
• Champion hospitality, food & beverage brands with creativity and strategic thinking that put them on the map.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Public Relations preferred (this is not a student based role
• )
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience creating content or agency PR for clients or personal brand(s).
• Must be passionate about content creation and the hospitality industry
• Demonstrated expertise in DSLR photography and videography.
• Proven copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for various brands.
• Exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Expert level graphic design
• Adobe Creative Suite proficiency is a plus.
• Proficient in Facebook Ads Manager and Business Suite
• Commercial drone license is a plus
• Web design skills are an advantage.
