Role description
Web & Content Manager
Location: Hybrid (London office 3 days/week)
We’re a fast-growing B2B SaaS company helping businesses streamline and scale through innovative software solutions. Our platform is used by thousands of professionals around the world, and we’re scaling fast — with a strong focus on marketing-led growth.
We’re now looking for a talented Web & Content Manager to own and optimise our website and content engine — ensuring our brand, voice and user journey are aligned across every touchpoint.
About the Role
You’ll take full ownership of the website and play a central role in our digital presence. From managing SEO and CRO, to building compelling guides and case studies, to maintaining our creative asset library — this is a hands-on, strategic role with room to grow.
You’ll report into the Head of Marketing and work closely with product, design, sales and customer success.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Own and manage the company website (WordPress/HubSpot/Webflow))
• Optimise website performance and UX — improving conversion rates and SEO rankings
• Maintain and update content regularly — including case studies, product pages, landing pages, blogs, and help centre content
• Develop, publish, and repurpose high-quality B2B content (white papers, guides, blog posts, etc.)
• Manage and report on website analytics and conversion data, using tools like GA4 and Hotjar
• Collaborate with design and dev teams to implement updates, experiments, and new features (e.g. asset libraries)
• Manage review sites, testimonials, and other social proof content
• Ensure brand consistency across all web content and assets
• Support marketing campaigns with high-converting landing pages and gated content
• Maintain a library of creative assets (logos, decks, press materials, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years’ experience in a web, content, or digital marketing role (ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment)
• Strong experience with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot)
• Solid understanding of SEO, content marketing, and web best practices
• Experience improving CRO and building/test landing pages
• Confident writing and editing copy for digital channels
• Comfortable with basic HTML/CSS (nice to have)
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
• Data-driven approach with experience using Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar tools
• Bonus: familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, Figma, Canva
