As a fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand, we blend science-backed products with honest communication and a vibrant, supportive community. We’re now expanding our reach — and looking for someone who thrives on creativity, strategy, and social storytelling to join the movement. Position Overview: We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our direct-to-consumer marketing strategy and execution across email, website, and organic content channels. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who can own the full customer journey—from site conversion and email flows to social media and UGC—and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. This person will be responsible for driving retention, engagement, and content visibility across Shopify while working closely with our creative and operations teams. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategies that acquire new customers and retain existing ones through high-performing content, campaigns, and lifecycle marketing • Own and manage updates to the Shopify storefront (homepage, product pages, banners, blogs, etc.) • Build, launch, and optimize flows and monthly campaigns in Klaviyo (e.g., abandon cart, welcome, winback) • Manage SMS marketing strategy and execution • Work with Social Media Manager and external agencies to develop the strategy for social media scheduling across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn • Collaborate with the graphic designer to brief and deliver campaign assets • Report on retention, conversion rate, email performance, and social engagement • Coordinate promotional campaigns across email, SMS, and Shopify • Work cross-functionally with customer service and marketplace teams to ensure cohesive messaging and timing Who You Are: You’re a creative, strategic, and highly organized marketer who knows how to drive growth through content and conversion. You thrive in environments where you can wear many hats, test ideas quickly, and make data-informed decisions. You're just as comfortable mapping a full retention funnel in Klaviyo as you are writing blogs, optimizing a product page, or briefing a designer. You enjoy building something meaningful, working collaboratively, and using your skills to create real impact for real people. You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves—and you're excited by the idea of growing with a mission-led brand. Qualifications: • 6+ years experience in DTC eCommerce or digital marketing • Hands-on experience with Shopify and Klaviyo is a must • Experience using tools like Canva, Figma, and other content creation platforms • Excellent copywriting and content strategy skills • Strong grasp of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and community engagement best practices • Comfortable interpreting performance data and using insights to drive improvements • Experience with apps like Recharge and Impact is a plus • Bonus: Background in wellness, supplements, or natural CPG brands
