Our clients span a wide range of industries, and we pride ourselves on combining creativity with data-led performance. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in PPC, SEO, and project management to join our team on a part-time, flexible basis. This is an opportunity to take ownership of campaign performance, shape strategies, and play a key role in delivering measurable impact for our clients. Key Responsibilities ·        Lead on PPC and SEO campaigns, ensuring strategies drive measurable client growth. ·        Manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and paid social channels. ·        Conduct keyword research, technical SEO audits, on-page optimisation, and link-building. ·        Oversee project delivery, managing timelines, priorities, and resources to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet client targets. ·        Monitor and report on performance using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, and Data Studio, providing clear insights and recommendations. ·        Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner in their digital growth. ·        Contribute to new business proposals with strategies, forecasts, and insights. ·        Be hands-on, rolling up your sleeves to deliver work directly where needed in a growing agency environment. Essential Skills and Experience ·        Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record in PPC and SEO. ·        Demonstrable expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and advanced SEO (technical audits, on-page, and off-page). ·        Proven project management skills, able to manage multiple campaigns and people, delivering results on time and to target (a formal qualification is not required). ·        Experience working directly with clients and confidence managing client relationships. ·        Strong communication skills, able to explain complex ideas clearly and build trust. ·        Proficiency with Google Analytics (including GA4), Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards. ·        Skilled in using leading PPC and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console. ·        Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. ·        A hands-on approach with the ability and enjoyment of getting involved in delivery as well as strategy. Desirable Skills and Experience ·        Paid social advertising (Meta, LinkedIn Ads). ·        Experience working in a digital agency environment. ·        Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation (CRO). ·        Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
