Social Media Manager – Premium Beverage Brand
We’re working with an innovative and rapidly growing luxury brand in the premium beverage and alternative investments space, currently seeking a Social Media Manager to take full ownership of their organic strategy and online community.
This is a high-impact, full-spectrum role — ideal for someone who can blend creative flair with commercial focus. You'll be building and executing social-first content strategies across multiple channels with the goal of driving brand visibility, community engagement, and lead/sales conversions.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Develop and implement an organic social media strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and WhatsApp.
• Build community and trust by delivering engaging, educational, and conversion-focused content.
• Lead content planning, copywriting, scheduling, and creative briefing.
• Refresh and optimise video and thought-leadership content (YouTube included).
• Manage agency relationships for content production and platform growth.
• Drive lead generation and eCommerce sales through compelling digital storytelling.
• Monitor sentiment, reviews (e.g., Trustpilot), and feedback across platforms.
• Use insights and social media analytics to drive performance and iterate strategy.
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years in social media or digital content roles, ideally in alcohol, luxury goods, or eCommerce sectors.
• Proven ability to build conversion-driven content and campaigns that translate into leads or sales.
• Strong platform expertise: Meta (FB/IG), LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, WhatsApp.
• Strong copywriting and creative direction abilities. Bonus if you can shoot/edit content or guide production teams.
• Confident using social scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Later, Meta Business Suite).
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-style environment — hands-on and proactive.
Bonus Points If You Have
• Experience working with or around whisky, spirits, or premium/luxury categories.
• Familiarity with brand storytelling, education-based content, and community-building tactics.
• Some creative/production skillset (photography, video editing, Canva, Adobe Suite).
The Offer
• £45,000 per annum
• Hybrid working: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote
• Staff discounts and unique perks
• Fast-growing brand with real room to shape and lead
