Role description
We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our campaigns and digital channels, ensuring our brand grows consistently across acquisition, engagement, and retention touchpoints. This role is ideal for a marketing generalist with strong campaign management skills and experience across website/CMS, CRO, email/CRM, and SEO. You’ll be working closely with our Head of Marketing, collaborating daily to plan and execute campaigns while shaping our overall digital strategy. In addition, you’ll regularly participate in reporting to our CEO on campaign performance, digital initiatives, and growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Campaign Management β€’ Plan, execute, and report on promotional, non-promotional, and lead-generation campaigns β€’ Research consumer insights and translate them into actionable campaign strategies β€’ Create campaign concepts, briefs, and presentations for internal alignment β€’ Coordinate with freelancers, agencies, and internal teams to deliver campaign assets and integrations Website & CRO Management (Wordpress) β€’ Manage website performance and collaborate with developers/agency to implement new features and fixes β€’ Update copy, visuals, and landing pages to ensure content is always fresh and optimized β€’ Plan, execute, and report on CRO initiatives to improve site conversion rates Email & CRM Marketing (Klaviyo) β€’ Develop, launch, and optimize email campaigns, automations, and flows β€’ Analyze results to continuously improve engagement and conversion β€’ Manage lists and segments in collaboration with the data team β€’ Coordinate freelancers for copy and design when needed SEO β€’ Plan and implement SEO strategies to drive organic traffic growth β€’ Collaborate with copywriters to deliver monthly SEO content (3–5 articles/month) β€’ Publish and optimize content for best search performance β€’ Monitor keywords, rankings, and site health, leveraging tools like Google Search Console and Ubersuggest β€’ Coordinate with developers to address technical SEO requirements SMS Marketing (Emotive) β€’ Plan, execute, and optimize SMS campaigns and automations β€’ Manage lead and customer replies to ensure high-quality engagement Requirements β€’ 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, with proven campaign management expertise β€’ Strong understanding of website CMS (WordPress, Shopify) β€’ Experience with Klaviyo or similar email/CRM platforms β€’ Familiarity with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ubersuggest or equivalent) β€’ Strong analytical skills, with experience in reporting and optimization β€’ Excellent written and spoken English Company Description CAROL is the smartest and most effective exercise bike, with workouts backed by science.
