Digital Marketing Manager – Travel/Lifestyle – Salary up to £50k+ great benefits (hybrid 3 days in London 2 days WFH)
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be the digital lead behind the growth of our successful, high-profile client. You’ll collaborate across departments to deliver integrated digital marketing campaigns that showcase our client to their full potential.
This is a strategic and hands-on role where creativity meets performance. You’ll manage digital agencies, lead content strategy, deliver seasonal campaigns, drive online customer engagement, and take responsibility for the digital marketing budget and ROI. Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive business growth.
• Deliver high-impact online campaigns across a range of sectors, including travel and retail.
• Enhance website functionality, user experience, and feature planning to grow digital presence.
• Oversee digital partnerships, content strategy, and sponsorship activity across all platforms.
• Manage, create, and maintain accurate, engaging, and on-brand content for B2C and B2B audiences across website, newsletters, and social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram).
• Lead and support seasonal campaign planning and creative activations.
• Regularly analyse digital performance using tools like Google Analytics and Sprout Social, providing actionable insights and reporting on campaign effectiveness.
• Manage external agencies for SEO, PPC, web development, and influencer marketing.
• Budget ownership: strategically allocate digital marketing spend throughout the year.
What do I need
• Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within travel, retail, lifestyle, or public spaces.
• Line management experience with a collaborative leadership style.
• Excellent writing and content creation skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and web analytics.
• WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) experience.
• Experience in managing paid media campaigns and ROI measurement.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and time management skills.
• Confidence in presenting to senior management and cross-functional teams.
